Building on the momentum of Source Louisiana, the Source Louisiana Accelerator Program provides Louisiana businesses with a clear pathway to increase visibility, strengthen readiness, and compete for procurement and contracting opportunities with major buyers.

This six-month supplier readiness accelerator equips businesses with the tools, knowledge, and capabilities required to meet the standards and expectations of large corporations and institutional buyers.

The Source Louisiana Accelerator Program is a structured, cohort-based program designed to help Louisiana businesses align with what major buyers expect.

Delivered in partnership with the Blue Wave, the accelerator supports participants in strengthening the core processes, policies, and capabilities that matter most in procurement and contracting decisions.

Participants gain clarity around international standards, practical guidance for improvement, and a visible certification that signals supplier readiness. Program Structure

The Source Louisiana Accelerator Program is delivered through a combination of in-person and virtual sessions, including: Orientation Workshop Initial self-assessment based on the seven pillars of the program Nine virtual workshops centered on the seven pillars of the program Graduation event with the opportunity to connect with major LA projects The Seven Pillars

The program is built around seven core pillars that reflect the standards required by major corporations: Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Cybersecurity Quality Corporate Policies Financial Technical Capabilities AI & Optimization

Together, these pillars provide participants with a clear understanding of the expectations major buyers use to evaluate suppliers. Outcomes

Companies that successfully complete the Source Louisiana Accelerator Program will receive Blue Wave badge, signaling supplier readiness to major buyers.

Graduates also receive increased visibility through Source Louisiana and participate in a graduation and networking event designed to foster real business opportunity. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for participation, businesses must meet the following criteria: Company Location: Principal place of business must be in Louisiana Annual Revenue: At least $150,000 Lawful Function: Organized for profit and performing a lawful, commercially useful function Participant Profile: Applicant must be a CEO, business owner, or key decision maker
