About this funding opportunity
The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) requests applications from qualified contractors to utilize the Department of Energy - Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund (DOE-EERLF) funds for projects financed by single family residential customers. NYSERDA has established a new revolving loan fund intended to spur investment in energy efficiency and decarbonization measures for single family residential housing. This program will offer low interest rate loans to low-to-moderate-income (LMI) single-family homeowners to complete energy efficiency retrofits. Four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00) per Qualified Applicant will be reserved to provide their eligible customers with low interest EERLF Loan (Loan).
