Business Oregon’s Relender Program is a program designed to support unregulated community lenders (Community Development Financial Institutions, Economic Development Districts, Tribal lenders, and Nonprofits) by co-funding eligible loans originated by participating community lenders.

This program is only available for Community Development Financial Institutions, Economic Development Districts, Tribal lenders, and Nonprofits who have a physical presence in Oregon and are enrolled in the program.
Banks or financial institutions, as defined by ORS 706.008, are ineligible under this program, but may be able to participate in the Oregon Capital Access Plan (CAP) or the Oregon Credit Enhancement Fund (CEF) program. What is the Application Process?
