Through its Clean Buildings Hub (the Hub) initiative, the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) is launching a technical assistance program to assist building owners with properties covered by the State building energy performance standards (BEPS) with compliance activities such as energy benchmarking and decarbonization planning.
